Wow, so many things are opening along the light rail route! Downtown is really trying in earnest to revitalize itself even as it deals with the economy. The light rail is certainly contributing to increased efforts for new franchises that are sprouting up downtown. I’ve heard good things about the Alta Lofts and having a Yoga Den inside is such a benefit. I’ll have to check out the place.

I also hear there’s another coffee shop opening near 1st St and McDowell. All the new business is creating alot of energy in the heart of the Valley!
