		<description>I wasn&#039;t familiar with the work of Kofie and Mac until I did this post.. their work is fantastic!  

Maybe the budget cuts with the city are a good thing... and will encourage other business owners to donate the sides of their buildings to help create a more vibrant downtown.</description>

		<description>The street art in the Roosevelt neighborhood is amazing.  My brother and made our own walking tour one day a few years back just to go see what was there, and I believe I took so many pictures I filled my memory card.  The shows at MonOrchid and Modified are usually fantastic, but the art on display on the walls and signs and curbs can be just as great, and I really appreciate it as a sign that Roosevelt is a living, working neighborhood.  Take THAT suburbs!</description>
